I realise of course its a good thing but I know they are not keen on MFA mainly I think because some of them work in areas o. I have had this message pop up for one of my old clients I still do support for and I am still the Admin for on their 365 system.

And you can boot up a Linux Distro from a USB stick and some such as Mint have a GUI for SMART values called Disk. You can boot up Seagate tools from a USB stick to check the values and it works with all makes. They are internal to the hard drive and the software merely reads them and presents them in different ways. Crystal Disk interpretation of the SMART data tends to be more alarming than others. As mentioned above the SMART values are nothing to do with UEFI. The different hard drive makers can have different measurements of the SMART values.

Perhaps report any significant observations to your customers. It is worth looking at the reallocated sector count, the numbers of powered on hours (it is said that hard drives have an average life of 4 years). Totally understanding the SMART values is a labour most don't bother with.
